HOW DO I REGISTER?
REGISTRATION POLICIES:
- All registration is first-come, first-served.
- You are not registered in a class until we have
received your payment in full and determined that space
is available.
- Payment and registration must be received at least
two (2) business days before the first day of class.
- Walk in registrations not accepted.
- We reserve the right to cancel class based on
insufficient enrollment.

FINANCIAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM:
A limited number of scholarships are available for low
income students for the following basic level courses only:
- First Aid (HSSFA101)
- Adult CPR (HSSFA107)
- First Aid with Adult CPR (HSSFA404)
- Infant and Child CPR (HSSFA203)
- Adult, Infant and Child CPR (HSSFA302)
- First Aid/CPR/AED (HSSFA414)
To be eligible for a financial scholarship, you must
provide us with the following:
- A completed financial scholarship application

- One month’s pay stub(s) or another form of
income verification. This must be attached to the
scholarship application. The proof of income must
have the applicant’s name and address on it.
When the paperwork is completed, you may drop it
off at the Customer Service Department, fax it to

Within five days of receiving your application,
we will notify you if you have been approved or
declined. Even if eligible, once our scholarship
funds are depleted, we may not be able to
accommodate your request. If approved, we will
make every attempt to place you in the class you
select. You may not be placed in your first choice
of class because of course cancellations or the
class is full. |
